We’re looking for a Junior Java Developer who will be responsible for the development of a robust, scalable, user-driven, open-source electronic medical record system platform currently used to manage more than 12.6 million patients at over 5,500 health facilities in 40 countries. You will join an international, experienced team working hard to solve some of the most urgent issues affecting millions of people from multiple countries.
Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
Design robust, scalable and secure features.
Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.

Cooperate with an international team.
6 -18 months of experience as a Java Programmer.
Very good English skills (at least B2/+) are a must – you will communicate with the client in your daily work.
Knowledge of Java, SQL.
A positive attitude, and a willingness to work.
Eagerness to deal with some DevOps tasks.
Effective communication skills. Believe it or not, more bugs come from misunderstandings, than from actual oversight during coding.
Nice to have
Experience with Docker, Spring, Hibernate.
Attitude to work in an Agile environment. We use Scrum in our projects.
