The project

How do we imagine your responsibilietes?
You focus on delivery and results rather than ideology.
You are progress oriented, proactive and independent. Ideally, you have some experience in international distributed teams.
You have a deep Agile understanding and knowledge of how to turn theory into practice.
Your main duty is everyday work with Teams to continually improve the process of development, working closely with Product Owner.


Ensuring that everyone in the Scrum Team clearly understands the goals and the scope of the product as well as the particular Sprint Goals which should also be clear to the team members.

Making sure that the team is fully independent and always possesses all the necessary tools or competences to tackle tasks and reacting whether there is any lack that may cause troubles in completing work.

Keeping an eye on the tickets quality and alerting when the criteria of an effective ticket aren’t met.

Keeping an eye on work organization within a team. Raising awareness of the importance of self-organization in achieving the Sprint Goal and providing support in scheduling work properly when necessary.

Carefully observing the course of Scrum meetings and drawing conclusions in order to suggest improvements, streamline the process of development and enhance adaptation while constantly learning from experience.

Managing good Scrum practices in the whole organization, setting best Scrum standards that are adjusted especially to the company’s needs and actively promoting them across our projects.

Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed. Making sure that the appropriate Scrum meetings are held and that they serve their real purpose.

Investigating the chances and risks of introducing Scrum to the projects which don’t benefit from that methodology yet.

Suggesting ideas for more effective time estimation, investigating why estimates happen to be inaccurate and developing ways to improve the process of estimation.

Looking after the transparency in a project, coaching the team on the importance of transparency and having all the project related information easily accessible for every team member.


2+ years of experience in a similar role

High teamwork and communication skills

Hands-on experience in agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (Scrum, Kanban)

Very good verbal and written communication skills in English

Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence

Ability to define and refine Agile metrics to understand and communicate team performance

Experience in international distributed teams

Previous work experience in a Software House
