We not only create well-coordinated teams with our clients, but also successfully develop our own product – Apps for Atlassian Jira. We are proud of what we do.
We are the team of 60 specialists, including Programmers, Testers, Project Managers, UI / UX Designers, and we keep growing. Therefore, we are looking for the fourth person for the HR department, who will be looking for new talents with us
Conducting end-to-end recruitment projects, including consultations with project managers/team leaders about job profiles, direct search, and onboarding of new employees. These will be the core tasks in your job.
Taking care of candidate experience
Cooperation in EB and internal HR operations.
Automatization and proactive searching for new tools and recruitment methods that enable successfully getting across to potential employees.
You have around 2 years of experience in conducting recruitment for jobs in IT;
You’re familiar with direct search and can create a satisfying boolean string;
You are creative and able to take care of the candidates in every recruitment phase, providing them with individualistic treatment;
Basic knowledge regarding IT;
You are able to communicate in English on at least B2 level;
You can think out of the box and come up with new solutions;
