We are a software house from Gdynia that is focused on providing high-quality software, and modern solutions in the area of information technology. We have completed over 260 projects in over 20 locations around the world. We not only create well-coordinated teams with our clients, but also successfully develop our own product – Apps for Atlassian Jira. We are proud of what we do.
We are the team of 60 specialists, including Programmers, Testers, Project Managers, UI / UX Designers, and we keep growing.
Therefore, we are looking for an experienced person for the HR department who will build an amazing Recruitment Team and will be hiring new talents!

Responsibilities
Creating, developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy that will determine recruitment activities
Conducting internal and external recruitment activities in line with the company’s business needs
Constant search for new ways of acquiring the best candidates
End-to-end candidate acquisition process management
Continuous improvement and optimization of recruitment processes and systems
Ensuring high recruitment standards
Cooperation with Hiring Managers and our Clients regarding recruitment processes and a comprehensive policy of acquiring candidates
Training Hiring Managers in conducting professional recruitment processes
Development and monitoring of key recruitment indicators, allowing for continuous improvement and development of processes and achieving better results
Building, motivating and developing the recruitment team through regular mentoring, training and providing feedback
Reporting the results of the recruitment team’s work
Requirements:
You have min. 4 years of experience in conducting recruitment processes, also for IT positions
You speak English at the level of B2 / C1
You have experience in working at ATS
You have experience in coordinating or managing the work of the HR / Recruitment team
You are familiar with the IT industry
You have a university degree, e.g. psychology, human resource management
You can define realistic goals to be achieved by the team and achieve them
