The project
We’re a company that creates custom, tailor-made software products for demanding customers from different parts of the world, including the United States, Hong Kong, and even Africa.
Currently, we are looking for an ambitious person who will join our team as a Junior UX/UI Designer.
Responsibilities
Keeping an eye on our ongoing projects and suggesting improvements based on accessible data and research.
Collaborating with teams of developers on implementing your design solutions.
Designing useful mock-ups and prototypes.
Handling cooperation and communication within multinational teams.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience working as a UX/UI Designer in the software development industry.
Experience in creating mock-ups and prototypes.
Experience working with clients or internal stakeholders.
Good knowledge of the principles of creating digital products, UI patterns, accessibility, and heuristics.
Very good command of English (at least B2).
You have various design skills, including visual, conversational, information architecture, strategic design methods, and user research.
Nice to have
HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a bonus
Experience in preparing and attending workshops with clients
Good knowledge of Figma
Awareness of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards
