Responsibilities
Performing general administrative tasks, such as: answering phone calls, email correspondence, taking care of deliveries.
Taking care of equipment-related tasks.
Assisting with various HR & Finance department administrative tasks.
Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients, providing general support to visitors.
Maintaining all office supplies and keeping them in order.
Providing ad-hoc support to office and other staff members and departments as needed.
Arranging business trips.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in administration, finance or a related field (could be also a student).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Very good command of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures.
