As an HR Administration Specialist, you will join our HR / ADM team consisting of 5 enthusiasts of their profession. Our HR Manager will introduce you to her world of contracts and administration.

Responsibilities

Preparing and maintaining personnel records.

Maintaining all office supplies and keeping them in order.

Updating internal HR databases.

Taking care of equipment-related tasks.

Assisting with various HR & Finance department administrative tasks (invoices, payrolls, contracts)

Performing general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, email correspondence.

Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients, providing general support to visitors.

Providing ad-hoc support to other staff members and departments as needed.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, administration, finance, or a related field.

Practical knowledge of Polish labor law.

Min. 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Very good organizational skills.

Very good command of spoken and written English.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace apps.
